Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and you must also meet any higher legal drinking age that applies where you live. If you do not meet both requirements, do not use MyBarAI.

2. Informational product only

MyBarAI provides cocktail recipes, inventory tools and planning assistance. It does not sell, deliver, broker or arrange the purchase of alcohol, and it is not a bar, retailer or delivery service.

You are responsible for verifying labels, alcohol strength, allergens, substitutions and quantities before preparing or serving anything.

3. Safety obligations

• Never serve alcohol to minors or to intoxicated people.
• Never drink and drive, and never drink before operating machinery or any hazardous activity.
• Respect all laws that apply where you are.

Strength indicators in the app are rough estimates based on recipe inputs. They are not blood-alcohol calculations and must never be used to decide whether it is safe to drive.

4. AI features

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for you. It is not medical, legal, intoxication, allergen, pregnancy, medication or safe-driving advice. Always apply your own judgement and consult a qualified professional where health or legal questions are involved.

5. Accounts

An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for the activity that takes place through it and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the text and images you create in MyBarAI, such as notes, custom recipes and photos. You grant MyBarAI only the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you, and to operate the features you have chosen, such as backup and restore.

You must not submit content that is illegal, unsafe, abusive, deceptive, or that infringes anyone's rights. Community publication of user content is not available in the current release.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass security, quotas, or access controls.
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the catalog or service output at scale.
• Do not use MyBarAI to promote unsafe drinking, underage drinking, or unlawful activity.

8. Availability, suspension and termination

We aim to keep MyBarAI reasonably available, but the service may change, be interrupted for maintenance, or have features added or removed. We may suspend or terminate access where use breaches these terms or creates a security or legal risk. You may stop using MyBarAI at any time and delete your account.

9. Intellectual property

The MyBarAI name, app, website, design, catalog and software are protected by intellectual property rights and remain ours or our licensors'. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

10. Disclaimers and liability

MyBarAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that content, recipes or AI output are error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights available to you under the laws where you live.

11. Applicable law

MyBarAI is operated from Georgia and these terms are governed by Georgian law. If you use MyBarAI from another country, you may benefit from additional mandatory protections under your local law, and those protections continue to apply.
